DELIVERY METHOD

Purchased items are shipped on the following working day, ensuring a smooth and quick door-to-door delivery, or a store delivery on bigger items such as some of our handbags.

In most cases, you will receive your parcel within 1 to 4 working days, wherever you reside in South Africa.

Aretha Bauwens (Pty) Ltd uses Aramex and PAXI, which are reputable courier companies in South Africa. Aramex delivers to your door, whereas PAXI requires you to pick up from either PEP STORE or SHOE CITY STORE, depending on which one you opted for.

If your order requires us to use PAXI, you will receive a WhatsApp message, phone call or email from us requiring information on the most convenient store for you.
