We are more that happy to exchange sizes within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the clothes have not been worn or used, do not have traces of makeup or any kind of dirt on them and have not been damaged when fitting them or in anyway whatsoever. The original labels may not have been removed.
We do not exchange swimwear.
We are more that happy to exchange sizes within 7 days of receiving your order, provided your shoes are not scratched underneath or damaged in anyway whatsoever. When you fit your shoes, you must use a soft carpet to avoid scratches underneath to assess the size.
If you feel, you do not like your bag for any reason, you can exchange for a different bag within 7 days, provided it has not been used or damaged in anyway whatsoever. It must be returned with all accessories or parts and in its original packaging.
Please note that you are liable for the delivery costs for the exchange.
We do not do cash refunds.
Products on sale
We do not do refunds and returns on products that are on sale.
If we sent you the wrong order by mistake, we will cover the delivery costs for the exchange.
Preparing your product(s) for a return
To ensure your request is processed as quickly as possible, you are responsible for the following when returning your product(s):
- package your product(s) safely and securely for protection during transit, and;
- include all accessories and parts that were sold with the product.
Failure to adhere to any of these requirements could delay the processing of your request or result in its decline altogether.
We do our very best to ensure that the products we deliver to you are of a high quality and without defects.
What is a defect? A defect is a material imperfection in the manufacture of a product or any characteristic of a product, which makes the product less acceptable than one would reasonably be entitled to expect in the circumstances.
The following will NOT be regarded as defects and will not entitle you to a return under this section:
- faults resulting from normal wear and tear;
- damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product;
- damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product;
- damage arising from unauthorised or undue alterations to the product.
If you return a defective product to us, but you fail to return all of the accessories and parts that were sold with that product, we are entitled to refuse the return.
